Did you know trauma is stored in the body?
Emotions are stored in your body at a cellular level, often showing up as tension, inflammation, or disruptions in the gut-brain axis. By addressing the nervous system and gut health, you can release these stored emotions and promote lasting healing.
When trauma remains stored in your body, and you do not give it the care it needs to resolve, it can lead to chronic stress, inflammation, and nervous system dysregulation. Over time, this may contribute to anxiety, depression, gut issues, autoimmune conditions, and even physical pain. Addressing stored trauma is essential for both mental and physical well-being.
My services
My offerings are rooted in the Root Alignment Method, a holistic approach to healing that combines nervous system regulation, emotional processing, gut health support, and embodied living. Each service is tailored to meet you where you are, providing tools to help you realign with your true self.
My services include:
• Nervous System Regulation: Understanding your nervous system and HOW it works, how we can work WITH it and not against it, along with resources & tools and practices to calm overwhelm, release stored tension, and restore balance.
• Emotional Awareness: Understanding your emotions on a deeper level, sitting with them, letting your body become aware of HOW emotions arise within the body & Techniques to process emotions, heal past trauma, and create healthier patterns.
• Gut Health Support: Get a basic understanding of gut health, the micro-biome & insights and strategies to nourish your body and support the gut-brain connection. Along with recipes and implementing intuitive / mindful eating.
Womb healing: Womb healing, from a holistic standpoint, is the practice of energetically, emotionally, and physically healing the womb space—whether or not a person has a physical uterus. It involves clearing stored trauma, ancestral imprints, and suppressed emotions that can manifest as physical discomfort, emotional blockages, or disconnection from one's feminine energy.
This practice is a key factor in trauma healing because the womb is considered a center of creation, intuition, and deep emotional memory. Many individuals carry unresolved grief, shame, or pain in this space due to personal experiences, ancestral lineage, or societal conditioning.
• Somatic Practices: Body-based techniques to release trauma, reconnect with your body, and foster resilience.
• Breathwork and Meditation: Mindful practices to reduce stress and promote self-awareness, boost presence in life and re-gain consciousness through the subconscious. complete mind body connection.

Many of my clients have been friends of mine at some point in this lifetime, and I believe this adds a unique depth and richness to the experience. Working with someone you already have a connection with creates an environment that feels more open, supportive, and relaxed.

As someone who focuses on helping women heal from emotional trauma and reconnect with themselves, I find that a pre-existing bond can enhance the process.
